Yes, electric golf carts are available for rent inside the gardens. They are a convenient option to save walking time or for visitors with mobility issues. Please note that the Palace does not allow advance reservations. Rentals cost about €35 per hour, and a valid driving license is required. Your guide will assist you on site with the rental process if you wish to use one.
What are the Palace opening days?
The Palace of Versailles is open every day except Monday. The estate (including the gardens and the Trianon domain) follows the same schedule, with some variations for special events. We will advise you on the best timing when booking.
