« I wish I could give TWENTY STARS. You saved my vacation! I arrived in Paris for a few days with a flight scheduled to Nice, with plans to spend a few days on the Cote D’Azur. Unfortunately, the French air traffic controllers staged a two day strike, resulting in stranding 30,000 tourists! I tried to get a train (booked), rent a car (none available), asked my hotel to arrange transportation (no luck), and called Amex Travel who booked my trip (no luck either). I booked a train for late in the day the following day but that would have resulted in loss of half my stay. I called My Daily Driver. I needed a driver to make a 9 hour trip. The cost wasn’t cheap but very fair for what I needed. Very professional on phone, email confirmations. Driver arrived exactly on time 6 am the next morning. Driver was a lovely woman. Made only two stops along the way - lots of traffic - took 10 1/2 hours. Car was a black luxury Mercedes minivan - two rows of seats so my wife and I could sleep lying across the two rows of three seats that faced each other. What an enjoyable trip and the time flew by. Checked in on time, got to enjoy my afternoon. Would use them again in a heartbeat!! »

« William, our driver, and Jacques, our guide did a fantastic job on our recent tour of Normandy! Jacques has been guiding since the 1980’s and had example after example of personal info, stories and pictures of sites which brought Normandy to life again. He was 4 years old and living in Caen on D-Day and has an interesting story to tell you. We had four adults and two 7 year old boys. He captivated all of us with his stories. At one point another guide passing by told her clients, “There goes the godfather of Normandy tour guides!” William was right there the whole time and did a great job as well. « I booked airport pick-up/drop-off with My Daily Driver (De Gaulle) as well as a private drive and tour to Champagne one day during our trip to Paris. MDD provided excellent service, on time and courteous drivers. Highly recommend. It's not cheap but worth it not to have to stress about finding a car or cab at the airport (though cheaper by about 50 euro from the valet the hotel recommended). The day trip was a great experience and MDD set it all up (except lunch which I booked at their recommendation and it was excellent). Again, highly recommend. I was a little nervous about booking because I could not find a lot of reviews online abt the company but it was worth it. »

« We booked a day trip from Paris for our family of 7 to the Champagne region. Our driver picked us up outside of our rental apartment and was very prompt. He spoke wonderful English and drove a very nice Mercedes van. The Reims Cathedral was an unexpected treat. Before this trip, we had no idea it even existed. It is massive, beautiful and steeped in French history. From there, we toured the Pommery champagne house. It is a huge underground facility with many art installations. From there we drove to a nearby restaurant and had a lovely lunch. We then drove into the vineyard country to tour a much smaller champagne house, Champagne Daniel Dumont. We climbed down a narrow, spiral staircase to the cellars below. This maison only produces 90,000 bottles per year, so it was a much different vibe than Pommery. Mom & Pop operation v. big corporation. Very cool. We sampled three different champagnes which were all delicious. From there we drove to Hautvillers, stopping along the way to take photos of the beautiful vineyards. In Hautvillers, we took photos with the statue of Dom Perignon, the Godfather of Champagne. Our driver graciously took lots of group photos for us. Afterwards, we drove back to Paris. Overall, a great day trip from Paris. I highly recommend it! »
