Cancellation delays depend on the vehicle range.
If the passenger does not show up (no-show) at the pick-up location at the scheduled time, and if the free waiting time is exceeded, without any news from the passenger, the driver will be authorized to leave, and the booking will not be refunded.
Thanks to the flight number you enter when booking, we can track your flight's landing time in real time to adjust your pick-up time.
In the event of an early or long delay to your flight, a change of driver may be necessary. My Daily Driver will do its utmost to ensure that your new driver is on time to meet you. If unfortunately we are unable to find an available driver, your booking will be fully refunded.
If we are informed of the cancellation of your flight less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time, the booking cannot be refunded and you will have to book a transfer with the new arrival time.
If we are informed of the cancellation of your flight more than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time, the booking can be changed free of charge, or refunded in full.
If you want to book for multiple passengers with different flight numbers, you will need to book multiple transfers. 1 flight number = 1 transfer. Even if the scheduled arrival times are the same, one of the flights may be delayed and the driver will not be able to wait for the next passenger to arrive.
Once the free waiting time has expired, the passenger must inform the driver of the delay. If the passenger has not informed the driver of his delay, the driver may leave if his schedule does not allow him to wait, and the booking will not be refunded. If the driver is able to wait, a waiting charge per 30 minutes may apply, depending on the vehicle range :
From your account, you can change the lead passenger's details ( last name, first name, phone number, email), as well as the information to be passed on to your driver.

On the other hand, My Daily Driver may request compensation from the customer or passenger for the repair of damage caused to the vehicle or for its cleaning due to an unusual level of dirt caused by the passenger.

There is no minimum time limit for booking a tour, but to guarantee availability at the best price, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible.
If you want to include in your tour tickets for the Eiffel Tower, Versailles, Louvre, and any other monument/museum or include the services of a tour guide in addition to the driver, we advise you to book at least 3 months in advance to guarantee availability.
For last-minute bookings (1 or 2 days before a tour), a surcharge may apply depending on our booking schedule and the availability of our guides.
On the day of your tour, your driver will contact you as soon as he arrives at the pick-up location indicated in your booking. Drop-off at the end of the tour will take place wherever you want in Paris. If your tour includes the services of a guide in addition to the driver, the tour guide can meet you directly in the lobby of your hotel.
An additional charge may apply for pick-ups and drop-offs outside Paris. The amount of the additional charge will be communicated to you upon reservation.
If your reservation is refundable, the amount of the reservation will be credited to the credit card used for payment within 10 working days.
If the tour includes entrance and/or visit tickets (Eiffel Tower, Versailles, Louvre, Champagne cellar visits, guided tour of Monet's gardens, etc.) these are not refundable or changeable. The total amount of the tickets will be indicated on your invoice when you make your reservation.
If the tour stops earlier than scheduled at the customer's request, no refund will be made.
If the tour or part of the tour cannot be performed due to weather conditions, no refund will be made.

If the delay results in a late arrival for a monument, museum or other activity with time-stamped tickets, the tickets cannot be modified or refunded.

It is possible to organize a tour of Paris during your layover at CDG or Orly airport, but to take no risk of missing your next flight, you need at least 7 hours between your two flights.

In case of a tour during a layover, if the delay of the first flight is too long, and there is not enough time to go around Paris without missing your next flight, the booking cannot be refunded.
If your flight/train arrives early, you will have to wait for your driver at the pick-up time originally scheduled when you booked.

In case of a full-day tour, the price of your lunch is not included in the booking. Your driver and/or guide can make restaurant suggestions, or the booking department can book a table for you according to your preferences.
Meals for the driver and/or guide are included in the price. You are free to invite them to lunch or not.
All our tours can be customized according to your preferences (pick-up time, tour duration, itinerary, monument visit, etc.). We can adapt the tour itinerary to the time you have available, and several stops are possible, for photos, a visit to a monument or a gourmet break.
The itinerary of our Paris tours goes from 4 hours to discover the must-sees, to 8 hours and more, to discover more neighborhoods and take your time.
Please note that if you want to visit inside a museum/monument, entrance tickets will be required, and the duration of the visit should average around 1 hour, depending on the monument.
Your itinerary will be commented by a fully licensed English-speaking guide who will be on board in the vehicle and will accompany you throughout your tour in Paris.
